[cobalt-users] !!!HELP!!!-can not su to root from admin

Hi all:
I have a raq2 server.
now I can not su to root from admin.
I can access the web control panel via admin .
and can change the passwd of admin.
but can not su to root using the admin's passwd.

what can I do to su to root.

Need all help
