Hmm, you're not installing anything that will let users run "C++
scripts". You're installing a _compiler_.

You could say to your customers, that they would have to compile their
programs on their own computer - and then upload the exe-file to the
server.

But of course, most people do not have a MIPS computer nor the time to
set up a cross-compiler...

You should be fine with egcs...
