When you are talking about XML, at least at this point, you're talking about
an XML parser.

There aren't any clients that exist that have full XML compliance, and the
standards are far from being finished.

So basically, you need something that converts your XML code over to client
readable HTML.  This can be done by a number of applications, many of which
can run on the Raq2.

One such server/scripting language is PHP, which can be found at
http://www.php.net.

The Apache group is doing _a lot_ with XML
nowdays.

I would have a look at www.apache.org.
In particular, see whether Cocoon is
what you are looking for.

BTW, what exactly do you want to
do with XML?
