Why not just set the quota higher?

I totally agree to Henk's request -- the "user is over quota" messages are
VERY annoying and indeed have already cost us a few sales. We are seriously
considering switching to Networkengines [so called Cobalt Killer] product's
only because of this "feature". Also, sometimes a message is being sent to
ALL USERS ON THE SERVER saying "user rt has reached his quota" -- but there
is no user RT on the whole server! I wonder how this can be?
I was in contact with a few RaQ2 owners who also had this problem -- so this
seems to apply for all RaQ2s out there......
Lyle, Jeff...., any advice on what we could do?
Thanks,
Fathi
