[cobalt-users] Generic UserIDs on Cobalt RaQs

I discovered a potential problem this weekend when generic
UserIDs match the alias of another email account, ie:

  UserID = info, other aliases = info

In this instance, any email addressed to _any_ client with
an email alias of "info" got directed to the email account
of the user with the UserID of "info".  Not fun...

I thought I'd pass this along in the hopes of saving someone
else some headache...
