Cobalt Linux is widely known to be based on Red Hat Linux 6.0. It's
Cobalt's release 5. The Kernel as 2.2.12C3 (Red Hat Linux 6.1 also uses
the 2.2.12 kernel, as I recall). The "586" is a 300mhz AMD K6-2.
What else are you getting at or questioning?
