Charging extra for this... EXACTLY! :) I am a hosting company and anyone
that wants their own name server, I'll be happy to do it... for $10 a
month. :)
I do have a generic name server already set-up, but there are those that
want to look like a big deal, so they insist on their own name server. So I
am looking on how to accomplish this.
I was guessing to just create and alias of my name servers... but with the
cobalt control panels, I don't see a way to do that and was wondering if
anyone else has done this.

An easier way to do it is register some generic domain name ns.domain.com
and not have any web site at domain.com for people to go to. Then you don't
need the hassle of setting this up for each reseller. Some ISP charge their
resellers a little extra for this.
