[cobalt-users] [RAQ2] "Smart HTML interpreter" ???

Does anyone know why on a RAQ2 with a site that has FP extensions and SSI
installed, they would be getting this error when ever they submit a form?
No matter what type of form, whether it's .shtml or .html we get an error.

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML interpreter on this
non-HTML page: "http://www.redneck-puters.com/thankyoulist.shtml";

The URL displayed is:
http://www.redneck-puters.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/new_page_1.htm
