Hi,

I've set my Qube 2 up to send and receive e-mail every hour.  However every
time i send and e-mail from my Outlook 98 to the Qube it dials out
instantly.  This defeats the purpose just a bit and gives me the s&%$s.  It
picks up the mail and sends no probs just a bit too often for my comfort.


For background I have the qube setup with my domain name but an illegal
address (192.168.0.10).  The modem is set to dial on demand.   I have a
seperate internet router, so i can give people e-mail access without
necessarily giving them web access.  This router is at 192.168.0.254 and PCs
that have internet access have this as their gateway.  It has its own DNS
and if i don't point the PCs at this for the DNS they can't resolve external
names thus killing the web access.   I don't know if this is contributing to
the above problem.

Am continuing to work at the probs will post any progress or otherwise.

Any ideas or advice gratefully received.
