You can still use the partial hostname or IP address to allow a connection
from your dial-up. Most everyone who has access to our Web server is on a
dial-up, and they are all listed in the hosts.allow file. Makes for
interesting reading when looking at all the unauthorized people in
/var/log/secure trying to access the box through various services.
