Re: [cobalt-users] IP addys



My ping translates the address different though --

PING 129.120.16.41 (129.120.16.41): 50 data bytes
50 bytes from 129.120.16.41: icmp_seq=0 time=171 ms
 
PING 129.120.16.041 (129.120.16.33): 50 data bytes
timed out
timed out

I guess it is the octal versus decimal interpretation 041 octal = 33 decimal?
I wonder if 0129 would force it into octal mode?
