[cobalt-users] How do I clear a users e-mail out?

Dumb question but, how do I clear out a users e-mail
with out having to delete the user?  I have a user
that can not get her e-mail do to a spooler error that
she is getting in Netscape.  When I check her account
I found that she was at the max for the size for users
that I set.  I would like to just empty the account,
but there is no way that I have found it the Cobalt
stuff.  Some one please tell me what to do.
