The virus is called "WScript/Kak.worm". It is in your C:\windows\ and
C:\Windows\system folder.

Your registry Key has been modified as well.

should goto to read up on the virus worm. It gives ALL the details about the
worm there. (The website is Network Associates, makers of McAfee Virus Scan)
