Is there a way to know if my particular RaQ3 is an older model?
I'm wondering if this, and the recent "comma" big in Org's name, are 
related to the older model.

To be honest, I don't even remember if that option came up.  It's been 
awhile since I installed the certificate.  When I did the install the 
certificate showed the wrong Authority in the browser..wasn't showing 
Thawte's name.  Called my provider support, who preceeded to "fix" problem 
in order to get the certiciate to show up correctly. They didn't tell me 
what they did in order to fix the problem.

Is it possible to uninstall and then reinstall the same certificate, from 
scratch?
I'm very leary to do this without knowing what to expect to 
happen...considering I had a problem the first time installing Thawte's key.
