Most likely not.  Did you look at "Start|Programs|Startup" to check for sure?

I read email through both Netscape and Eudora.  Eudora didn't even 
recognize the attachment as such, though it did show the message as being 
7K long, a bit long for a few lines of text.

(I've been a bit scared to forward it to a Eudora account <wry grin>.)
