I was thinking more in generic terms for the GUI's defination of "Maximum 
Number of Users" in relation to telnet/ftp sessions allowed, as in,  if you 
have 10 users per domain then all 10 could log in.  Obvoiusly session 
accesses is determined by who's assigned as site admin(s) for the 
vsite.    MAJOR "Duh!" on my part.  Thanks for the clarification!
