Python is not installed on the RaQ3. I found instructions on in this
mailing list's archive on how to install Python from the source code.

For CGI work, the RaQ3 will require that the python scripts end in .cgi .
(No doubt there is way to allow use of .py, but I haven't taken the time to
figure it our.)
