Yes.  YOu need to upgrade some of the development utilties on the Raq.

There is documentation on the htdig site in the faq (I think section 4.8 or
something like that).  If you search for 'cobalt' or 'raq' on the htdig site
it should come up.  If you have difficulty finding it, let me know and I can
give you a hand.

If you don't upgrade the packages it will seg fault on you every time you
run it.  I learned this the hard way and ended up wasting much time
troubleshooting.
