Hello,
All of a sudden I am experiencing problems with ftp that I am
unable to resolve.
Until today ftp had worked fine. Now when any user logs into
the server that are automatically directed to their users login directory and
are not permitted to cd up the directory structure. This is true even when
putting '/web' in the remote host field before logging in, which should place a
site administrator into the main sites web directory.
The ftp login states that the user is logging into the '/web'
or '/' directory, so it would appear that all site admin privileges have been
lost to ftp. Has anybody experienced this or have any ideas on where to start
tracking down this problem?
proftpd.net has been down all day, so there is no help
there.
