Re: [cobalt-users] bug
Hello,
I've been having the same problem. I've had to disable the split_logs
program and I've been trying to contact Cobalt to help me get this fiixed.
When I run split_logs manually it seems to get stuck on the 123rd site. In
/usr/local/sbin/split_logs there is a comment that there may a problem with
more than 123 sites because of file handles.
Does anyone know of a way to increase the file handles on a RAQ3? Does
anyone know if this will fix my problem?
Thanks,
Andrew Cohen

Hi Gary
Well you arent alone. Apparently thats what happened to mine too last week
with 150 sites. I got an error message from admin saying.. unable to rotate
log .....etc
and a day later WHAM its gone,. I couldnt get it to run at all and wound up
restoring the sites to a new server.... actually i split them up between 3
servers so it doesnt happen right away again.
