Try /etc/named/records.  At least that's the location on the RaQ2.  And like
Kris Dahl suggested, I too edit /etc/named/records using Pico and update the
"real" DNS files by clicking save in the DNS section of the GUI.

In the future, if you're confused about the location of a file or the exact
file name I suggest using "locate" from a telnet/ssh shell.

"locate records" returns filenames containing the characters "records".
