one note.. one Q..

Note.. I proceeded the other day with generating a new self signed cert,
and applied to Thawte for a new cert. I was told that when I generated the
self sign for submission to Thawte, my current semi-valid Verisign cert
would be come toast.. it did not <YEAH!!>

Q.. Not sure what the situation is here.. too often for my liking when
clicking next or submit on any of my forms you get a 404 error.. this seems
to happen randomly, sometimes 2x's in a row, then not again for 15+ times.
It happens with various scripts performing various duties.. I'm concerned
that people do not have enough knowledge to click back and try again.. the
scripts all run fine except for this anomaly... any thoughts here??
