[cobalt-users] Extrem slow access via telnet (raq3)

Hey User Group

did anybody also see that access via telnet is slow?
I have to wait about 80 sec!!! till the login prompt appear!
Has anybody an idea how i could speed it up?

Note: all packages are installed and the raq is in testenvironment!
