[cobalt-users] Restarting apache

When I restarted httpd using /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart I get this:

Shutting down Web Service: httpd
Setting up Web Service: Site home has invalid certificate: 4999 Certificate
files do not exist.
/usr/sbin/httpd

Does this have to do with SSL? The web service starts it just gives that
error.
