RE: [cobalt-users] Can somebody give refernces of DialtoneInternet for Raq hosting

I also contacted them a while ago. From my experience, I had to wait 48
hours in order to get a reply when I sent them emails. They have
competitive prices, but not a quick service.
ALSO, they have 50 Gb included in their offers, but the sustained throughput
is limited to 161 kbit/s. Not so good if you have a lot of simultaneous
transfers from your server.
At the same moment, I was also in contact with a sales Rep from Digital
Nation (www.dn.net), Steve, and got fast, responsive and comprehensive
answers to my queries. In order to get my business (over Dialtone) he
proposed to work something out. My RAQ is scheduled to be switched online
on March 9 with them. I just can't wait! :)
Kind Regards,
Regis Holstein, Operations Manager
