Debbie,

	That is going to happen with hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. just about
every FREE e-mail service.  You have two choices:

 o Expect that they are foobar'd.  Leave with it taking hours to deliver 
   messages to them.
 o Do not allow them to sign up for mailing list.

Personally, I prefer to keep the lists open, but if there is a big problem,
I'll delete hotmail.com and yahoo.com from the problems lists.
