Part of the problem is that ns.springville.net does not resolve.
[root@ns1 /root]# dig humgardens.com
; <<>> DiG 8.2 <<>> humgardens.com
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; res_nsend to server default -- 206.183.25.218: Connection timed out
[root@ns1 /root]# nslookup www.humgardens.com
Server: ns1.telserve.com
Address: 206.183.25.218
[root@ns1 /root]# ping ns.springville.net
ping: unknown host ns.springville.net

I don't know why you didn't get a reply from Network Solutions, but a query
of their whois database "host ns.springville.net" and "host
ns2.springville.net" shows that both of them are working.
So the problem is probably yours.
Send me (offlist) a copy of the zone file in question, and a copy of your
/etc/named.conf file, and I'll see if I can figure out the problem for you.
