Ahoy Dan
Did you ever find an answer to this?
I have been getting this same repquota message mailed
to admin from the cron daemon every fifteen minutes for
the last week. I examined "monitor", I see where it calls
the method repquota, but I do not find repquota, nor do
I find any answer to this in the archives.
