Manage it how?  If you second DNS server is only the secondary for all your
domains, there is nothing for you to manage, except to tell your secondary
DNS server about new domains.  

There is not a way to use the RaQ's DNS GUI to manage DNS on remote 
servers.  For a GUI interface for something like that you might want to 
consider webmin, http://www.webmin.com
