They you would have to monitor all the processes in your machine that might
use memory. This includes an task that runs.

Expect for the one that runs on the Cobalt RaQ, plus the monitoring of the
system, plus cron tasks, there is plenty running on it now :)

But there is a mis-understanding of what all that means. Just because it
is not mark as free does not mean it is available.
