As Jeff has stated before, yes, it has to do with the RaQ3 and there was a
thread about it a few days ago. However, I don't have a RaQ3 and therefore
haven't archived any solution.

Therefore my suggestion, search CAREFULLY (this word implies a few hours of
work) in the archives, you WILL find a solution (if there was one, but I
think).
