	The certificate that will hold your pass phrase, not the
key file.  Although if you overwrote your key, your cert is now
invalid even if you rediscovered your PEM pass phrase for the cert. 
You need to get a new certificate from your CA, or at the very
least, install a test certificate.  Can't tell you any magic way
to discover the PEM pass phrase from the key.
