rythyms also WAS working with ramp networks and providing a router/hub along
with new service.. the ramp networks stuff is CHOICE equipment..

You can see a brief statment of the 99.9% guarantee at
http://www.rhythms.com/net_sla.html. I have a copy of their Service Level
Agreement (SLA) which is how I know the remainder of what they offer. You
can request a copy
of their SLA at 800-RHYTHMS. In short, their SLA guarantees the following:
1. 99.9% uptime on the DSL circuit. They will refund a portion of the
monthly charges if they do not meet 99.9%!
2. No Network Delays. Guaranteed. 100ms round trip guarantee from their
network and back. They will refund a portion of the montly charges if they
do not meet this.
3. Guaranteed Speed. They guarantee that your connection will reach its
contracted speed 99.9% of the time each month or they will refund a portion
of your monthly charges.
4. Guaranteed Mean time to Restore Service. If it takes longer than four
hours to repair the ciruit, they refund 10% of your monthly fee. If it
takes longer than 24 hours to repair they will refund your montly.
5. 24/7 Technical Support Services.
They will provide a full Class-C if you can justify it. I can e-mail you
the SLA off-list if you like.
