Chris,
I appreciate your criticism.

Simple Answer:
He has asked for reseller programs, I have told him we offer this and that.
I am sorry if anyone feels I have spammed the list. I just didn't (and still
don't, as it was solicited) consider my email as spam.

Well, our Cobalt Servers are kinda...., <modified>?
We stick different hard drives into them. You can calculate how much GB they
have if we host a maximum of 80 clients per server. And finally, not all
hosting customers use all webspace and transfer they are allowed to use. And
IMHO, that's what webhosting is all about. :-)

I probably wouldn't. :-)

You may. We do have a few resellers who actually do this. But we also have
arranged a variety of very <special agreements> with them after they have
expressed their whish to do this.

Why do you think it's strange? Any concrete points you'd want to criticise?
Also, who do you consider is <unfair> competition? And finally, WHAT exactly
IS unfair competition?

Chris, I totally understand your POV. I realize, as you represent Zarcrom
Corporation (a well known international webhost for resellers -- I think),
you might not be very happy with my email. But MOST people on this list are
FAR AWAY from being a professional. If they (and we) were all professionals,
what the hell are they / we doing on this list....?
If you consider my offer as unfair, this makes me confident. I know, our
packages are good. :-)
If you consider my email as unfair, I truly apologize. BUT:
I could also put a text (signature file) under all of my emails telling you
where my website is and what I offer (example: VISIT http://mycompany.tld --
500mb $9.95 / mo. reseller programs and much more!). Now in my eyes, that
would be unfair (still not spam, of course, but just unfair). Btw, I have
noticed a link to the Zarcrom website several times in one of your (or one
of your employee's) emails....., otherwise I wouldn't know about you. Please
note that this is not a reproach -- I just want to say I have NEVER provided
a link to my company's website or programs of any kind.
I'd still appreciate an answer to my questions, if you have time.
Bye bye,
Fathi
