Ali & Charlie,

You said this works fine in Netscape but not IE?  The problem is with
Microsoft and IE 5.  For your ErrDoc to work in IE, you will need to go to
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> and uncheck the option "Show
friendly HTTP error messages".

I ran into this exact same problem when I upgraded to IE 5 and it took me
quite some time to figure out the solution.  All I can say is "<bleep>
<bleep> Microsoft".  Now half my visitors will not receive the intended
error documents when something goes wrong!
