I am trying to configure a Dial Back-up solution
for one of my accounts that has a DSL line. They have only had one outage
ont he DSL but the connection is rather business critical. There is little
or no mention about the Qube2's ability to dial-up and almost no info on
external modems through the serial port. So here is my question. 1)
Can the ube dial up an ISP? 2) Can this be a default setting when there is
no connection detected otherwise so that it will fail-over? 3) Has anyone
else tried to accomplish my goal? 4) Any recomendations or configurations
that people who may have tried it would have? 4) Is this directly supported if
we get it to work?
