THAT's what I've been looking for.  Many thanks, Darryl.
My copy of that file has only one entry at the moment:

eth0 net 255.255.255.255 netmask 255.255.255.255

I take it that you edited yours manually as there doesn't
seem to be an option on any of the pages of the Web-based
admin tool for setting it up.
