Yes - but the page is badly written - the section that does allow you to
unsubscribe is sub-titled by the phrase 'The subscribers list is only
available to the list administrator.' - most people would read this and then
skip the rest of that section.
Wouldn't it be simpler to have a section that read 'subscribing and
unsubscribing'?

THIS IS WRONG.
Please go the place Dan has pointed you to
(http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users) and READ through the
whole page!
At the bottom, you will find a possibility to administer your subscription,
and there you can unsubscribe.
