No way inherently. You would have to write a script that searches
/home/sites looking for the expressions listed below and then deletes them.

I am starting a small free domain/subdomin website hosting solution to anime
related sites, but we are a little worryed about bandwidth usage.
I wanted to know if there is a way i can go about restricting access for
cirtian file types. Mainly .zip, .tar.gz, .mp3, .mpu, .mpeg, .mpe, etc.
etc.
Any one know a way of going about this?
