Nope.
The sender's MTA (mail transport agent, I.E., Mailtraq
<www.mailtraqna.com>, or Sendmail <www.sendmail.org>), looks up the MX
record, which points to <mail.hosting.com>. It looks up the A record for
<mail.hosting.com>, which happens to be 64.29.16.2, and sends the mail
there. No other lookups, no loops.
BUT...
It only does all this if it can find the MX record. It can't, because it
can't find the nameserver, ns.hostinghq.com. It seems there is NO A record
for ns.hosting.com.
Do you have a "host" record set up at Network Solutions (or wherever your
domain is registered)? What does it point to?
