Try this

rpm -e ApacheJServ

ignore the error messages, and reinstall the ApacheJServ, it should be work.

+I am trying to reinstall the ApacheJServ-1.1-1.i386.pkg onto a RAQ3 system 
+and am getting the following error message:

+"Problem verifying package component: ApacheJServ-1.1-1.i386.rpm"
+
+The initial installation from the web administration page worked fine, as 
+did the uninstall script 
+(/var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/ApacheJServ-1.1-1.i386.uninst).  But I can't 
+reinstall it.
+
+Has anybody experienced a similar problem and how do you go about 
+correcting it?
