[cobalt-users] Changing IP Addresses of a RaQ2

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

I've been running a RaQ 2 for about 50 sites with email and DNS and now I
have to change ISP.  The RaQ currently uses three IP addresses and I have
to change that to use only 1 IP address.  If anyone has done this is there
a simple procedure or do I have to back up each site and user account and
then restore them?  I tried to do a full backup but it doesn't work, it
times out.  

Looking for suggestions/help?
