RE: [cobalt-users] 3COM Impact IQ ISDN w/ Qube2

i remember having to set one up on a linux box a few years back, i'm a little sketchy on the details but it involved a few edits to get it to initialize properly (something to do with the ifcfg-ppp0 stuff and needing to edit) as well as adding something in to get the second b channel to fire up.

now i know that's not much help, but if you do a search on general linux sites for 3com impact i think you'll have some luck.

Subject: [cobalt-users] 3COM Impact IQ ISDN w/ Qube2

Has anyone had any luck w/ the Qube 2 and 3COM's Impact IQ ISDN modem?

I have looked at the articles from the last few months and I have looked at the /etc/ppp/chatscript file and modified the connect speed to try and get a slow speed connection but no dice.

Is it supposed to be this hard???  I don't care about Diald, I just want it working w/ the Impact IQ ISDN . Any pointers would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank You,
