Again, you are the one who is "sadly mistaken" <frown>. If you create an
image, and you post it on your website with a "All images here are (c) by
me. Use by third parties is prohibited without prior written notice"
disclaimer, then YOU have the rights for the pics. And YOU can sue anyone
who is using your pics.

Sure, it wouldn't make me wonder if Cobalt motivated _webhosters_ to use
their images on their site, because of a simple reason: Promotion. First,
with such a picture (with a few Cobalt Servers on the pic) Cobalt servers
will get popular (read: everybody knows about them, because there's a pic of
a Cobalt server on a lot of _webhosters_ sites). And second, don't the pics
look really cute? :-)

Now, YOU (more exactly, your 12register.com) are NOT a _webhoster_. As
stated above, Cobalt is a successful company ONLY because of the numerous
(thousands) of webhosting companies supporting their products. You are a
domain registrant, and that said, it is obvious that Cobalt wouldn't want to
help domain registrars have a good looking site. Why? Because they don't
profit from you registering domains. So what? Save your ass and take off the
picture(s).

If I offer Cobalt servers (or hosting accounts on Cobalt servers), I would
too put such a pic on my site. If I'd sell domain registrations, I wouldn't
even consider doing this -- because of possible trouble with Copy Rights and
Cobalt, etc.....
