I am not sure what you mean by can he have unlimited email.... If you are
running a raq3 you could probably install qmail as it is basicly just an
intel redhat box with some assitions to it.

In my previous webhosting, they can do it, they using qmail. Is there any
modules that using qmail in raq ?
