I wouldn't suggest this route, the first time you so much as edit a
single user on the entire system using the GUI, any data in
"includedtable" will be gone.

As you already stated, the best way is to just add lines to the end of
the file (after the comment). Any other alternative involves changing
either the GUI backbone.. or not using the GUI ..
