[cobalt-users] domain not resolving.. propagating

I moved 2 domains last week from hypermart to the RaQ.. made the NS changes
at Network Solutions the same time , 2/23 at 10p whois at Network Solutions
shows the proper NS info.. the RaQ..

One propagated within 24 hours, the other has still not propagated..

I checked everything in the GUI, web access by domain is checked
all HTML files have been transferred to the cobalt, owned by sitex user
A records look fine

if I do tracert of domain.com I get:
Unable to resolve target system name
if I do a tracert of www.domain.com
it resolves at hypermart

nslookup shows
Server:  dns1.beautytech.com
Address:  209.196.37.202
 
Name:    properdomain.com
Address:  209.196.37.204

if I call the site in the browser www.domain.com I go to hypermart still..
if I call domain.com I get- can't find server..
mail sent to the domain is pushing thru hypermart..

where do I start on this one?????
