Well for one, I would look into that 95.2% user cpu usage...
When I log in and run top I have 1.x% usage...
Something is eating up your processor cycles...
Here are my numbers:
10:06pm up 9 days, 1 min, 1 user, load average: 0.16, 0.14, 0.07
62 processes: 61 sleeping, 1 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 1.7% user, 2.5% system, 0.0% nice, 96.2% idle
Mem: 128036K av, 82184K used, 45852K free, 88864K shrd, 7412K buff
Swap: 130748K av, 492K used, 130256K free 50972K cached
This is on RaQ2, 128meg, 16 domains, all patches installed...
