[cobalt-users] firewall Qube2, Newbie

Hi all

I have a ISDN Qube2 installed ip 192.168.25.77

DHCP with ip range 192.168.25.80 - 110

We need to stop web access for most of the users but still keep 
email. There are two users which need complete web & email access.

I can assign static ip's for the two users but how do I go about 
blocking the others?

If anyone has more detailed information in setting up the firewall, I 
would appreciate greatly.
