You can change the group on the siteXX/logs directory to someone other
than the site group, for example to home. bear in mind the access
and access.gz files etc already have groups set on them so you have to
change them as well, additional files created by logrotate should
belong to your new group tho, since the logs directory is sticky,,,
Caveat: having no quota on logs opens you up to a perverse kind of
server attack where someone can fill up the sick by making lots of
http requests that just log error messages....(ok, it's weak and would
take about a year to fill a 10 gig disk..)
